Care Instructions
• Le Creuset cookware is dishwasher-safe; however, hand washing in warm sudsy water with a nylon brush or pad is recommended. Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
• Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
• Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
• For best results, use low to medium heat on stove top. Oven- and broiler-safe to 400 F.
• Do not slide pans on the stove top. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
